Smoothie pentru piele sanatoasa

150 ml lapte de migdale

1-2 lingurite praf de maca

50 gr zmeura

1 banana

50 gr afine

1 morcov

Pentru aceasta reteta folosim un blender. Incepem prin a pune in cana de la blender praful de maca dupa care adaugam laptele si restul ingredientelor la temperatura camerei. Blendam timp de 1-2 minute apoi servim.
